  The South Bend Tribune, March 16, 1925, Page 5: John Wesley Straup John Wesley Straup, age 58, died Saturday night at his home in Humbold t, S.D. He was born in German Twp, this Co, a son of the late D.B. St aup. Surviving are his wife, Sadie Barner Straup; two sons, Dr. P.B . Straup and H.S. Straup, both of Sioux Falls, S.D.; three brothers, D .N. Straup and Dr. F.E. Straup, both of Salt Lake City, Utah, and R.I . Straup, of Lydick, Ind., and his stepmother, Mrs. Fiana Straup, of t his city. Funeral services and burial will take place Wednesday in Hu mboldt.
