LEWISTOWN -- Marion L. "Maggie" Barner, 69, of 336 S. Main St., Lewi
stown died at 5:55 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, 2004 at Ohesson Manor Nursi
g Home.
Born Oct. 15, 1934 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Howar
d H. and Agnes (Klumick) Goss. Her husband, Robert E. ‘Whitey’ Barner
, preceded her in death Dec. 29, 1991.
Surviving are children Mrs. Stanley (Pamela) Silkman, Jr., Lewistown
, Mrs. Thomas (Roxanne) Lake, Reedsville, Robin L. Barner, Lewistown
, Mrs. Brian (Bobbie) Flanagan, Egg Harbor Twp, NJ and Mrs. Franklin (

In her early life, she worked for Fisher Electronics, later for Americ
an Viscose, and last for Gordon Wire Co. in Lewistown. She was als
o a homemaker.
She attended Glenwood United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Hoenstine Fun
eral Home, Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown with the Rev. Charles Barne
officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.
Friends may call Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
