  Virginia R. Barner, 69, of 512 Charles St. died Sunday in Menno-Have Nursing Home, Chambersburg. She was retired from Letterkenny Army Depot and a member of Messiah Un ited Methodist Church and its Women's Bible Class and the Shippensbur g Civic Club. Surviving are a sister, Mary L. Rissinger of Harrisburg, and a niece a d a nephew. Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. tomorrow in the Fogelsanger-Brick er Funeral Home. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
