  Betty S. Walizer February 5, 2011 Save | Betty S. Walizer, 79, of 215 Melody Lane, Lock Haven, Clinton Co, PAss ed away Feb. 3, 2011 at the Lock Haven Hospital Extended Care Unit whe e she had been a resident. She was born in Lock Haven, Feb. 13, 1931, a daughter of Wilson and Ve a Yost Seasholtz. Betty was a 1949 graduate of the Lock Haven High School and a member o f the Lock Haven St. Luke's United Church of Christ. In her younger years she worked for Montgomery Wards, Piper Aircraft a d the Rae and Derick Drugstore. She enjoyed crocheting and daily swimming at the YMCA. Surviving are her husband, Raymond Walizer Jr., whom she married Nov . 25, 1948; two sons, Charles R. (Mary) Walizer of Mill Hall and Jeffr ey W. (Elizabeth) Walizer of Frederick, Md.; two brothers, Wilson Seas holtz Jr. of Mill Hall and William (Kate) Seasholtz of Castanea; fiv e grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family. Inter ment will be in the Rest Haven Memorial Park. There will be no visitation. Memorials will be accepted to the Lock Haven St. Luke's United Churc h of Christ through the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home, 1 2 W. Main St., Lock Haven.
