He is a 1988 graduate of Willi amsport High School and a 1991 graduate of Hagerstown Junior College w ith an associate's degree in engineering. He is employed by Antrim Wa y Honda in Greencastle, Pa., as a sales consultant. A summer 1999 wedding is planned.
