  Alice R. Karstetter March 16, 2013 The Express Alice Regina (Rossman) Karstetter, 96, formerly of Lock Haven, died Ma ch 13, 2013 in Cincinnati, OH. Preceded in death by beloved husband of 65 years, William K. Karstette , she is survived by loving daughters Phyllis Kimmel and Constance En glish, eight grandchildren (Jan, Lynn, Jamie, Christopher, Julie, Jenn ifer, Bruce and Brooks); and 16 great grandchildren. Born in Clintondale to Arthur and Roxy Rossman, she lived most of he life in Lock Haven, where she worked for Fidelity National Bank of P A and was a longtime member of the former St. John Lutheran Church bef ore retiring to Florida. In her later years, she lived for a time nea each of her daughters in both Palmyra, Va., and Dublin, OH.
