e of her parents. Born August 3, 1971, in Bellefonte, Centre Co, PA an
d Justin P. Hazel of Boalsburg; maternal grandparents, Paul and Maria
Ream of RD Centre Hall; paternal grandmother, Irene Hazel of Aaronsb
urg, an aunt, Christie Krom and her husband Paul of RD, Spring, Mills
; two uncles, Gary Ream and his wife Becky of RD Centre Hall and Kevi
Ream of Atlanta, GA and cousins, Lindsay, Brandon and Kelsey Ream, K
im Krom and Jana Henderson. She was preceded in death by her paterna
l grandfather, Evan James Hazel. Visitation will be from 5:30 PM to 8:
30 PM on Thursday December 16 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 South Atherto
St, State College. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Frida
y December 17 at the Pleasant Gap United Methodist Church, 179 South M
ain St., Pleasant Gap with the Rev. Raymond Brinson, Jr. officiating
. Burial will be in Hublersburg, Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memoria
l contributions may be made to Fox Chase Cancer Center, Room C223, 33
