  Buddy E. Welshans September 14, 2010 Lock Haven Express Buddy E. Welshans, 69, of 2985 Four Mile Drive, Montoursville, died Su day, Sept. 12, 2010 in the Williamsport Hospital. Born May 1, 1941 in Rauchtown, he was a son of Frank H. Welshans and t he former Ida E. Gamble. Early in his life, he was employed by Piper Aircraft and Rockwell. H e later retired from Bilo in Jersey Shore. Buddy served his country in the United States Army during the Vietna m War. Surviving are two sisters, Sharon Lamey of Rauchtown and Mavis Rauch o f South Williamsport; six brothers, Merrill Welshans of Collomsville , Richard Welshans of Jersey Shore, Barry Welshans of McElhattan, Pau l Welshans of Jersey Shore, Lewis Welshans of Rauchtown and Stanley We lshans of Oriole; and several nieces and nephews. Buddy was preceded in death by two sisters, Beverly Buttorff and Nanc y Shadle, and two brothers, Bill and Harry Welshans. Memorial services will be Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010 at 10 a.m. in the F ederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore. Buria l will be in the Limestone Cemetery. Rev.
