Born Sept. 22, 1918 in Tylersville, she was the daughter of the late H oyt H. and Mae Adelia Frantz Miller. Mrs. Barner was employed as a line worker at Gettig Pharmaceuticals i Spring Mills for 17 years, retiring in 1982. She and her husband, Floyd I. Barner, celebrated their 63rd wedding an iversary Oct. 16, 2000. Her husband survives, Lock Haven Express
