  GIFFORD M. TROUTMAN Gifford M. "Skip" Troutman, 93, formerly of Greenwood Twp, Millerstow RR 2, died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2001 in Perry Village Nursing Home, Ne w Bloomfield. He was born May 25, 1908 in Juniata County to the late George R. Sr. a d Alice (Forney) Troutman. He farmed his entire life and had been employed by Greenwood Twp, work ing on Twp roads until retiring in 1970; and was educated in Greenwoo d Twp. rural schools. Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Florence Viall Troutman, also of P erry Village; a daughter, Frances L. Snyder of Dallastown; and niece s and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Horace, William and Georg e Jr., and three sisters, Margaret Dagle, Toleda Cox and Minnie Ulsh. Burial was in Pfoutz Valley United Methodist Church, Millerstown RR 2. Garman Funeral Home, Liverpool, handled arrangements. Perry County Times 8/2001
