Joseph Stephen Bianchi, 42, of Jersey Shore passed away surrounded b
y his family on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at the Williamsport Regi
on Medical Center ICU due to complications from a heart attack.
Born May 17, 1974 in Lakeland, Florida, he was the son of Stephen an
d Linda (Stover) Bianchi who survive in Woolrich.
Joe was a 1992 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
On January 27, 2012 he married the former Teresa Barner who survives i
Jersey Shore.
Joe was currently employed at CVS, Jersey Shore.
He enjoyed hunting, networking, music, and reading.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a son, Michae
l Bianchi (Tyra) of Pleasant Gap; a daughter, Cortney Bianchi of Loc
k Haven; a granddaughter, Maria Bianchi of Pleasant Gap; two brothers
, Jack (Catherine) Miller of Pennsburg and Dale Miller of Casper, Wyom
ing; and a nephew, Josh Miller of Casper, Wyoming.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Joseph and Lou Bianchi
, Paul Stover, and Margaret Swartz.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 19, 201
6 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Ha
ven with Rev. Father Joseph Orr officiating. Burial will be at Rest Ha
ven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.
Friends and family will be received at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Ho
me, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington on Sunday from 6 until 8 P.M.
