William H. "Bill" Soo, 71, husband of Deborah A. (Marshall) Soo of 12
6 Water St., Loganton, passed away at home on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012
.

Born in Lock Haven on Jan. 12, 1941, he was the son of the late Willia
m T. and Eliza J. (Schrack) Soo.

Deborah and Bill were wed on May 23, 2009.

Bill was a lifelong self-employed carpentry contractor. He was a membe
of Albright United Methodist Church, Loganton.

Bill enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He enjoye
d lending a hand and helping others in need. However, his greatest enj
oyment came from spending time with his family.

Along with his wife, he is survived by a son, Heath W. Soo (Gretchen
) of Loganton; two daughters, Melody Sagnella (Paul) of Springhill, Fl
a. and Mindy Wilkinson of Morrisdale; a step-daughter, Rachel Marshal
l (Fred) of North Attleboro, Mass.; four sisters, Dorothy Vonada of Lo
ganton, Helen Colucci of Castanea, Jane Leone of Ransomville, N.Y. an
d Pearl Lamey of Lock Haven; a brother, James Soo of Castanea; eight g
andchildren and three great-grandchildren; and his mother- and father
-in-law, Barbara and Charlie DeBartolo.

Along with his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Marie Yohn an
d a brother, Richard Soo.

A visitation will be held at his residence, 126 Water St., Loganton, o
Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Please omit flowers; if desired, memorials may be made to the charit
y of one's choice.

Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Inc.
, Main and Water streets, Loganton.
