    Glenn L. Karstetter, 86, husband of Irene R. (Geyer) Karstetter of 8
    5 Campground Road, Greenburr, passed away at his residence on Monday
    , Aug. 29, 2005 after a lengthy illness.
    Born in Booneville on July 31, 1919, he was the son of the late G. Win
    field and Mary Luella (Weaver) Karstetter.
    He and his wife celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on June 22
    , 2005.
    A carpenter by trade, he was a member of the Local Carpenter’s Union #
    950.
    Glenn enjoyed hunting and fishing.
    Along with his wife, he is survived by two sons, Marlin Karstetter o
    f Loganton and Keith Karstetter of Stockton Springs, Maine; a daughter
    , Shirene E. Karstetter Bolink of Loganton; eight grandchildren and si
    x great-grandchildren.
    The funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the Wayne P
    . Urbine Funeral Home Inc., 95 E. Main St., Loganton, with Rev. Kay Sc
    hwab officiating. Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Thurs
    day from 7 to 9 p.m. Final interment will take place in Trinity Unite
    d Methodist Church Cemetery, Greenburr. In lieu of flowers, memorial
    s may be sent to Trinity United Methodist Church, c/o Marie McCormack
    , 1186 W. Winter Road, Loganton, Pa. 17747.

    Irene R. (Geyer) Karstetter, 91, widow of Glenn L. Karstetter, of Loc
    k Haven, formerly of Loganton, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, a
    t Susque-View Nursing Home.

    Born on Nov. 23, 1921 in Mill Hall, she was the daughter of the late F
    ank L. and Elizabeth Ellen (Grenninger) Geyer.

    She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Greenburr
    . A homemaker the majority of her life, she enjoyed doing needlepoint.

    Irene is survived by two sons, Marlin (Beverly) Karstetter of Loganto
    and Keith (Zillah) Karstetter of Deming, N. M.; a daughter, Shiren
    e (John) Bolink of Loganton; two brothers, Leo Geyer of Lock Haven an
    d Melvin Geyer of Avis; a sister Maxine Wagner of Aaronsburg; five gra
    dchildren, four great-grandchildren, three step grandchildren and fou
    step great-grandchildren.

    Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Fina
    l interment will be held in Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery
    , Greenburr. If desired, memorials may be made in Irene's memory to th
    e Trinity United Methodist Church, c/o Dan McCormack, 1186 W. Winter R
    d., Loganton, Pa., 17747.

    Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home
    , Inc., 95 East Main St., Loganton.
