w Oxford, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2002, at The Brethren Home Community. S
he was the wife of the late William H. Snyder, who died Dec. 3, 1982
. Born June 7, 1905, she was the daughter of the late Collinson and E
mma (Dietz) Barner. She was a member of Emory United Methodist Churc
h in New Oxford. Surviving are a son, William H. Snyder III of Little
ton, Colo.; a daughter, Elizabeth A. Snyder of Talent, Ore.; two grand
children and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be hel
d at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Assisted Living Social Room at The Brethre
Home Community in New Oxford. The Rev. John P. Layman, chaplain of T
he Brethren Home Community, will officiate. Burial will be in New Oxfo
d Cemetery at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing
