Eastern Daylight Time Subj: Helen Barner As some of you may know Helen was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease o 4/06 however she was suffering a great deal prior to diagnosis. As y ou know the disease is progressive and in Feb. she fell and broke he left hip and wrist. Following 3 months in a skilled nursing facilit y I took care of her at home with the help of Linda and Clay and wife , Pam. Helen's condition continued to decline and Hospice assisted sta ting in July. Helen passed away on 7/27/09 at 6:52 pm. As per her wis hes there will be no services or visitation.
