Anna Mae Koch, 77, formerly of Jersey Shore passed away Tuesday, Novem
ber 27, 2007 in Warren General Hospital in Warren, Pa.
She was born October 10, 1930 in Jersey Shore, a daughter of John an
d Luva Moore Wagner.
Anna was the wife of the late Oliver J. Koch who passed in 1980.
She was a member of the Crossroads Community Church.
Anna was an avid camper and gardener.
She was a devoted mother, most of all she enjoyed and loved all of he
children and grandchildren.
Anna is survived by her children, Barry Koch of Houtzdale, Aleada (Ric
k) Merrifield of Lock Haven, Donna (Scott) Alexander of Cogan Station
, Marlene (Herb) Praster of S. Williamsport, Joyce (Mark) Wall of Jers
ey Shore, Rita Cybulski of Jamestown, NY, Brenda Koch of Lock Haven, E
leanor (Wayne) Taylor of Sugar Grove; fourteen grandchildren and fourt
een great grandchildren; a sister, Sara Hennessey and five brothers, H
arry, John, Rich, Charlie and Herb Wagner; also survived by many niece
s and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Oliver J. Koch, mother, father, tw
o brothers, George and David Wagner, a sister Mary Trinidad and a grea
t granddaughter Alexis Wall.
Relatives and friends are invited to Anna’s Life Celebration service a
t Noon, Saturday, December 1, 2007 at the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Ho
me, Ltd., “A Life Celebration Home” 1002 Allegheny St. with her pasto
Rev. John Phillips officiating. A visitation will be from 11 a.m. un
til noon. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
