CHARLES O. BARNER
LIVERPOOL - Charles O. "Tommy" Barner, 63, of 206 S. Market St.,
died Friday at home.
He was a veteran of World War II, a retired employee of Selinsgrove
Center, a member of the Liverpool Fire Company and attended Liverpool
Bible Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Edna Gausman Barner; seven daughters,
Mrs. Kathy Snyder, Mrs. Gloria McCarchey and Mrs. Deborah Roush, all
of Liverpool, Mrs. Carol Sprenkel of Port Trevorton, Mrs. Susan Kain
of Newport, Mrs. Annie Savercool of Millerstown and Mrs. Linda Kuren
of Middletown; three sons, Thomas Barner of Duncannon, David Barner
of New Buffalo and Sam Klinepeter of Boston, Mass.; a sister, Mrs.
Grace Charles of Liverpool; three brothers, Edward Zaring of
Liverpool RD 1 and Richard Zaring and William Barner, both of
Liverpool RD 2; and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Garman Funeral
Home here with the Rev. Robert T. Gray officiating. Burial will be
in Barner's (Saint John's) Lutheran Church Cemetery Liverpool RD 1, P
erry Co, PA, Liverpool RD 1. Military graveside
services will be conducted by Liverpool American Legion Post 5640.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
