ine, 86, of Bellefonte, Centre Co, PAssed away on Saturday, May 11, 20
13, at the Lock Haven Hospital. Born on Oct. 13, 1926, in Lizardville
, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth E. and Eleanor O. Fravel Powe
s. She was married to Richard K. Tressler, who passed away in 1980. S
he then married Harold M. Esterline, who passed away in 1992. Marjori
e attended the Walker Township High School. She was employed at the Mo
unt Nittany Medical Center, retiring as a housekeeping supervisor afte
25 years of service. She was a member of the St. Mark's Lutheran Chu
ch in Snydertown. Marjorie did not like to stay at home. She wanted t
o be around other people. She loved to travel and go shopping. She loo
ked forward to eating lunch with her friends, Betty and Margaret. Sh
e enjoyed cooking and being with family and friends. Her greatest jo
y was spending time with her great-grandchildren. Marjorie is survive
d by a daughter, Joyce E. Etters and her husband, Ty, of Bellefonte
; a step-son, Jan Esterline and his wife, Debbie, of Nashville, Tenn.
; and a step-daughter, Yvonne Henninger and her husband, John, of Rebe
sburg. Also surviving is her granddaughter, Tynadine M. Etters and he
companion, William S. Washington, of Bellefonte, great-granddaughter
s, Tyleese and Railynn Washington; step-great-grandsons; Nathaniel an
d Noah Washington; a niece, Carol Robinson and her husband, Don, of Ma
sh Creek; two nephews; Francis Bartley and his wife, Jan, of Bellefon
te, and Joseph Bartley of Snydertown; and numerous great-nieces and gr
eat-nephews. In addition to her parents and her husbands, Marjorie wa
s preceded in death by her twin sister, Margaret Colpetzer, who died M
ay 11, 1983. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 20
13, at the Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main St. in Howard. The fun
eral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at the f
uneral home, with Pastor Robert Mauer officiating. Burial will follo
w the Snydertown Cemetery, @048. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation
s may be made to Centre County Meals on Wheels, In care of the Offic
e of Aging, Willowbank Building, 420 Holmes St., Bellefonte, Centre Co
