Vera M. Naylor, 76, of Newport RR 2 died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2000 at hom
e.
She was born Aug. 20, 1924 in Liverpool to the late Rufus and Katie (B
arner) Boyer.
She was a member of Community Grange 1767, Newport; a graduate of Newp
ort High School; and enjoyed quilting and sewing.
She was the widow of Urie A. Naylor.
Surviving are two sons, Larry R. of Wyomissing and James E. of Middlet
own; three daughters, Carol L. Dupert of Shermans Dale, Ellen Robinso
of Loysville and Nancy E. Mowery of Newport; a brother, Bruce Boye
of Millerstown; two sisters, Mildred Hulbert of Camp Hill and Erma M
cGowan of Millerstown; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 7 in Myers Funeral Home, Newport. Burial was i
Newport Cemetery.
