Mary J. ‘Nettie’ Dullen
Mary J. “Nettie” Dullen, 86, 2140 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, di
ed Friday, May 21, 2004 in Valley View Nursing Center.
Born June 26, 1917 in Johnsonburg, she was the daughter of the late Wo
llie K. Shearer and Florence Walizer Shearer.
She was married to Thomas C. Dullen, who preceded her in death on Apri
l 23, 1945.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lock Haven, and worke
d as a clerk at the Woolrich Store before retiring in 1988. She was al
so a 1936 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
She is survived by a son, Ronald E. Dullen, Tall Timber, Md.; a daught
er, Patricia A. Wagonseller, Mohrsville; a brother, Jack Shearer, Yuma
, Az.; and two sisters, Dorothy Powell, Lock Haven and Margaret Parell
, Levittown; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter.
Funeral services will be Monday, May 24, 2004 at noon in Donald G. Wal
ker Funeral Home, 231 High St., Flemington, with visitation from 11 a.
m. until the time of service. The Rev. Jeffrey Bayliff will officiate
. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fist Baptist Church of Loc
k Haven, or the Gideons. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park
