Janice I. Welshans, 66, of Jersey Shore, passed away Sunday, Feb. 24
, 2019 at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.
Born Nov. 20, 1952 in Jersey Shore, she was a daughter to Richard K. W
elshans and the former Readell F. Sorgen.
Janice was a 1971 graduate of the Jersey Shore High School. She retire
d from Manor Care in Jersey Shore after many years of service.
Surviving is her companion, Kenneth W. Karstetter; sisters, Connie L
. Welshans of Jersey Shore and Pamela J. (Frank) Morse of Jersey Shore
; a brother, James R. (Linda) Welshans of Jersey Shore; a stepson, Pau
l Karstetter of Jersey Shore; a stepdaughter, Jennia Karstetter of Log
anton; and 2 step grandchildren Brianna and Loressa.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.
