21, 2009 in the Hospital of the University of Philadelphia.

He was born on February 12, 1960 in Altus A.F.B. Hospital, Oklahoma.

William was a self-employed contractor.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting NASCAR memorabilia especiall
y Dale Earnhart, Sr.

William is predeceased by his mother Elaine Colin Barner.

He is survived by his father Torrance A. Barner of Potters Mill, PA
, a sister Beatrice A. Barner of Felton, two brothers John F. Barner o
f Felton and Larry D. Barner of Wyoming a niece Johnna Lynn Barner o
f Felton, a nephew Clay Rosebrooks of Felton and a step-brother Josh B
arner of PA.

Service will be 8:00 pm Wednesday in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. C
amden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may call two hours earlier.

Burial will be private.
