e "inadvertantly" and "without malice" poisoned his 18 month old siste
Elsie when he was about 5 or 6 years old. His sister Elsie died of r
espiratory failure, in her mother's arms, within minutes of eating th
e small granules of strychnine. Later on in his life, he is listed a
