Born Nov. 25, 1922, in Altoona, she was a daughter of the late Lee Dav
id and Kathyrn J. (Grenoble) Wilt.
Surviving are: brothers and sisters, Jeremiah C. Wilt, Harrisburg; Dor
othy A. Foulk, State College; Samuel D. Wilt, Abel A. Wilt and David W
ilt, McClure; and Joseph T. Wilt and Barbara J. Deamer, Lewistown.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
She was a homemaker. Early in life, she was a seamstress for 14 year
s at Arrow Shirt Factory, Division of Cluett-Peabody.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Hoenstine Funeral H
ome, 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with her nephews, Rick Wilt and Terry Wi
lt, officiating. Interment will be in the Wilt Cemetery.

She was born July 4, 1924 in Yeagertown, Mifflin County, to the late L
ee and Kathryn [Grenoble] Wilt.

She is survived by her husband, Francis J. St.John.

Also surviving are three sons, Francis St. John, Porf Royal, Thomas St
. John, Lewistown, and Michael St. John, Mifflintown RR4; three daught
ers, Kathryn Leahy, Port Royal RR2, Jewel St. John, Cocolamus, and Pau

Jeremiah “Jerry” C. Wilt, 90, went home to be with the Lord at 3:00 a.
m., Monday, March 1 at his home in Harrisburg. After many years of st
uggle, Jerry is free of all pain and suffering and is basking in th
e glory of his Lord and Savior.

Born August 23, 1925 in Hollidaysburg, into a family of 14 brothers an
d sisters, Jerry was a son of the late Lee David and Kathryn (Grenoble
) Wilt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by ten s
iblings.

He was the beloved husband of Annie (Foulk) Wilt, whom he married Nov
. 13, 1946, and survives.

He gave a father’s love to his children; Anne Hess, David Wilt and wif
e Lisa, Esther Roser, and Jim and wife Syl Robertson. Jerry was a che
ished grandfather of nine grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren wi
th whom he shared many cherished memories of deer hunting, beach vacat
ions and trips to “the cabin”.

His surviving siblings are: Joseph Wilt and wife Debbie and Barbara De
amer and husband Roy, both of Lewistown, and David Wilt and wife Conni
e, of McClure.

Jerry was a dedicated employee of Sears, Roebuck and Co. for 35 year
s until his retirement in 1985.

He was a member of, and dearly loved attending Harrisburg Bible Chape
l where he faithfully served as an elder and teacher for many years.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 5, at Har
isburg Bible Chapel, 5503 Union Deposit Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17111, wi
th Mr. Jim Robertson and Mr. Dave Wilt officiating.

Viewings will be held on Fri., March 4, from 6-8:00 p.m., and Sat., Ma
ch 5, from 10-11:00 a.m. at Harrisburg Bible Chapel.

A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m., Mon., March 7 at th
e Wilt Family Cemetery, Wilt Rd., McClure.
